Returns Policy

It is the Customers' responsibility to inspect Original Artwork, Reproductions, Books... upon arrival for any damage. If product(s) are damaged, the customer must notify Art Akiane LLC within 48 hours. Any damage reported after 48 hours is the responsibility of the customer and Art Akiane LLC is not liable for the damages.

Contact us within 48 hours if there are damages to products upon arrival.

We are responsible for the return shipment of damaged product(s) and we will replace them at no cost to the customer. But in the event that product(s) are not damaged and the customer wishes to return them, a 15% restocking fee will apply. All limited edition and original sales are final.

We do NOT accept returns and/or exchanges if the item(s) are damaged within your custody.

We DO accept returns and/or exchanges if item(s) were damaged prior to the delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
